I have applied this knowledge to create delicious and nutritionally rich recipes for foods many of us enjoy: snacks, cakes, and bread.
My recipes use the finest ingredients, including organic flour, carefully selected unrefined sugar, low salt and healthy fats, retaining as many natural minerals as possible for optimum nourishment. Holistically our food really matters.
