    Qualifications & Memberships

A VTCT Level 2 Diploma in Beauty is becoming the industry-required standard and is recognized in many sectors of the beauty industry. This particular course is focused on a range of beauty-related treatments and is a foundation for many professional beauty therapists, either self-employed or within a salon.

A VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Beauty builds on the Level 2 qualification.

This qualification develops the attendee's knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice and business practice for complementary therapies.

The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Indian Head Massage is a vocationally related qualification that prepares the therapist to provide Indian head massage treatments to a high level of occupational ability.

Complementary therapies are generally used alongside conventional medicines or treatments. Alternative therapies are used instead of conventional medicines or treatments.

Using my experience as a nutritional therapist, I also offer nutritional workshops, focusing on how to incorporate healthier options into your diet.

    Our Terms and Conditions

All new clients will take part in a full consultation before any treatment. We will store all information in line with the Data Protection Act regulations. Consultation cards will be kept in a securely locked filing cabinet.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Holistic Matters only offers treatments to guests over the age of 18.

To ensure you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment, please be prompt to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and there is another appointment after you, this could result in your treatment being cut short.

Please make us aware of anything in your medical history that could affect your treatment, for example, nut allergies or recently diagnosed cancer. Receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy will contra-indicate you from any treatment unless a doctor/specialist can supply a letter informing us you are safe to go ahead with the treatment.

Please allow 6 months after any recent operations, as these may affect the treatments you can have. Pregnancy treatments are only recommended for guests over 16 weeks pregnant.

As a holistic therapist, I am not trained to diagnose any ailment.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be redeemed and used by the expiry date shown. If you use a voucher to settle your account, no change will be given. Photocopies will not be accepted, and de-facing gift vouchers will invalidate your voucher.

For all bookings, we will take a deposit of 50%. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the booked time or in the event that you do not attend, the deposit will not be refunded.
