At the Holistic Matters cabin, our aim is to help re-balance your mind, body, and soul, harmonising you through Ayurveda treatments. Specialising in women’s health, we have created a retreat, offering relaxation and nutritional advice to address many holistic matters.
Stress can have a massive impact on women’s bodies at certain times of our lives including teenage years, pregnancy, menopause through to senior years. The stress we encounter can; affect our hormones, weight, diet and mental health, opening a gateway for disease. Stress can also manifest in anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, arthritis, or stiff joints.
